Aesthé Cure attaches great importance to the protection of personal data and wishes to assure Users visiting the Site that their privacy is protected. Aesthé Cure uses "cookies" to optimise navigation on the Site and to offer personalised content to Users.

If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the User may choose: to resort to an amicable mediation solution within a maximum of one year from the date of the written complaint made by the Customer to Aesthé Cure by using the online dispute resolution system accessible by clicking here: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage, it being specified that the proposed mediation process is not a prerequisite for the User to refer the matter to the competent courts; or to bring the complaint before the competent French courts.
